Build a Local or National Peace Coalition
Often the obstacles that stand in the way of a community or country ensuring peace for all citizens are too complex for any one agency or organization to solve alone. Building a coalition of like-minded stakeholders from all sectors of society is an effective strategy for an organization to utilize the variety of knowledge, resources and experiences of each community stakeholder to advance the common purpose of making peace possible for all.
Advocate for Peace
Advocacy is the act or process of publicly supporting a specific cause influencing political, economic and social systems. By being an advocate for peace, you are adding your voice to a global movement for change—your actions aim to change what is, into what it should be.
